Exceptional burgundy felt topper hat. This is a beautiful piece designed to fit on the top of your head and tilted to one side. To help keep it in place, there are two felt strips, knotted together, which can be secured with a pin. Trimmed with strips of felt and burgundy grosgrain, this is a fabulous hat in a hard to find colour.
