A lovely dress from the 1940s.
Labelled Walpoles of Soane Street, London in the waist band, it is a classic shape that is just perfect for the summer. Trimmed with lace around the armholes and neck edge, it has two little clusters of flowers made out of fabric and ribbon. A side metal zip that goes right up to the armhole opening means it is easy to get into. I'm not sure if the burgundy trim is original to the dress.
Measurements
Best suited to a 37" or 38" bust, up to a 30" waist and 40" hip, however, please compare the following measurements to a similar item you already own to make sure this will fit you.

This dress is in good condition with one small point to note;
- there is a small dark mark on the right shoulder of the dress near the flowers
