This is definitely a statement piece! Made in the 1940s from cotton velvet in a rich burgundy, it can be worn on the back of your head to frame your face or can be worn tilted to one side. The velvet is seamed around the edges and has a sunburst design in the middle. Finished off perfectly with a velvet bow.
