This is a really wonderful hat in a hard to find colour-way.
Made in the late 1930's or early 1940's, this piece is made from finely woven straw in a rich terracotta colour. A very flat design it has a shallow crown and wide sweeping brim and is designed to be worn on the right side of your head. It is trimmed with twisted bands of blue and terracotta grosgrain which meet in the back of the hat in a cluster of bows.

Very good, the only point to note is discolouration on the grosgrain ribbons in the back.
