This is an utterly stunning hat in incredible condition.
Made in the 1930's and labelled "Garlands, London Street, Norwich" it is made from soft felt in French navy. It is a close fitting piece with a pleated crown which is beautifully shaped and designed be worn on the right side of your head. It is trimmed with dyed feathers and a cluster of super soft marabou and has a pretty net.
A wonderfully stylish piece.
