This 1930s apron was originally designed to be worn over your normal clothes and protect them while you're doing chores. However, the vibrant print, and cool cotton fabric, make it the perfect summer dress. Note the armholes are quite low so you may, or may not, want to wear something under it.
A fun little print featuring, what look like, balloons and two shades of soft blue on a white background. It goes on over your head and the unshaped bodice is joined to the gathered waist and there is a patch pocket and it is bound around the front armholes and front neck edge with blue cotton binding.
Shown on a 36" mannequin. To ensure this will fit you properly please compare the measurements below to a similar garment you already own.
Flat bust 20"
Flat waist 18.5"
Flat hip 25"
Edge to edge across the shoulders 15"
Shoulder to waist 19"

Good with some minor points to note;
- a few minor grazes to the fabric
- there is a 1" by 1.5" patch on the front skirt, just below the waist - see photo
- there is a 1" by 1/2" patch on the left armhole
- there is a 5mm mark on the bodice
