Beautiful chocolate brown bag by Gold Seal.
Made during the 1940s or 1950s, it is made from the same materials used in Corde bags. The front has a lovely design with swirls of braid and the back has the classic smooth design found on these bags. Gold tone frame and clasp, the bag is lined with warm brown fabric, has two internal pockets and a matching coin purse which is attached with a cord. A good size, it will comfortably fit a phone, purse and makeup.

It is in very good condition and looks as though it was little used and has been well cared for. Only minor point to note is some wear on the clasp - see photo.
