Postage

 

We try our best to accurately predict postage but it isn't always possible, especially when purchasing multiple items. Sometimes you'll end up paying more shipping than is needed. When this happens, we will always refund the overpaid postage, less packing fees.

 

We pack items carefully to ensure they reach you in the same condition they leave us. We use a variety of packing materials, some recycled, and have never had an item lost or damaged in the post.

 

Postage within the UK, for items worth more than £20, is via a tracked method with insurance to the value of £50. If your item is worth more than £50 and you want it fully insured for the retail value, you can upgrade shipping to Special Delivery at checkout. Items worth less than £20 are sent 2nd class with proof of posting.

Overseas parcels are sent using a tracked and fully insured method.
