Refund policy
We do not accept returns on items which do not fit or which are not wanted.
We are always very careful to accurately measure the items and will happily provide additional measurements or photographs, just drop us a message or email.
Before placing an order please look at the photos, measurements and condition details carefully to ensure that you are happy with the condition and are certain that the piece will fit you. True vintage doesn't fit like modern clothing so before you buy, grab a tape measure and compare the measurements we give to a garment you already own to ensure the vintage piece will work for you.
We will only accept returns on items we have misrepresented. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to tell us what the problem is.
If we agree to accept a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and the buyer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the item via a fully tracked and insured method of postage.
Returned items which have been damaged by the customer or, in the case of deadstock items, have clearly been worn will not be eligible for a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimming costumes, underwear, stockings and custom made garments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
