Shipping policy

 

We are always very careful to pack items properly to ensure they reach you in the same condition they leave us. We use a variety of packing materials, some recycled, and have never had an item lost or damaged in the post.

 

Standard postage within the UK is by Royal Mail 1st class recorded. This service offers compensation for up to £50 if your parcel goes missing. You can upgrade shipping to Special Delivery, which will cover the full value of your parcel in the unlikely event it gets lots or is damaged in transit.

 

Overseas parcels are sent using a tracked and fully insured method.
