Fabulous lizard skin bag by the high end manufacturers, Mappin and Webb.
Made in the 1950s this really is a quality bag made from the finest lizard skin and fully lined in pale brown suede. Gloriously shiny, it is a stunning bag. A very practical piece, it has one large internal pocket as well as a zipped pocket, a lipstick pocket and two smaller pockets. Single handle with gold tone fastenings. It is roomy and can comfortably hold a purse and iPhone.

Condition
It is in very good condition and looks as though it was little used and has been well cared for. Issues to note;
- there is a 1cm black ink mark on the lining
- some minor wear to the gold tone fastening
- there are a couple of light scuff marks
- there is a 2mm round piece of leather missing from the centre band, see photo
