This little neck tie was made in the 1930's.
Dark blue chiffon it features hand-rolled edges and neat little crewel work polka dots in royal blue silk thread.
Looks neat tied at the neck but is also long enough to use as a hair tie.

Very good, just a couple of small points to note;
- couple of single thread tufts
- two pinhead holes
- minor wear to the crewel work dots
