With the size of the feather, this is certainly a statement hat!
Made during the 1940s by Svecova, it is made from inky black felt and has a wired brim to help it keep its shape. I'm not sure what type of feather it is but it has a velvet tip so the feather can be removed to make the hat easier to store!

Because it doesn't sit fully on your head and it is a one size fits. Actual hat measures;

Condition
The hat is in very good condition with no damage or points to note.
