This pretty summer frock was made in the 1950's.

Made from lightweight cotton the base colour is black with a floral print in rusty orange with black floral detail.

The bodice is close fitting with a little turn-down neckline detail trimmed with two buttons and the skirt is hip skimming. The dress has a metal side zip.

A great little wardrobe staple for the vintage lover.

Condition

Fair to good with the following points to note;

  • three small darns in the skirt
  • a cluster of pinholes in the skirt when held up to the light
  • some slight white marks on the back left shoulder blade area
  • cluster of wear and darns on the front left sleeve 

Washed, pressed and ready to wear.
