This beautiful dress was made in the 1950's and is labelled Roxanne Adams.
Made from fine weave mid weight cotton it lilac, grey, white and black plaid.
It has a square neckline trimmed with rouleau loops. The bodice fastens with 6 deep purple buttons, set in pairs, and it has neat cuffs and pockets and still has the original belt.
Looks great worn with a petticoat.

Condition
Washed, pressed and ready to wear with the following minor points to note;
- there are a few faint rust marks on the right shoulder
- an 8mm patch in the skirt but this was only seen when pressing the dress on the inside
- 4 pinhead holes in the skirt, but these are lost within the fullness of the skirt
- wear to the belt buckle holes
- discolouration on the belt, near the buckle, but this is covered when in use
