This stunning dress was made in the late 1930's or early 1940's.
Made from burgundy crepe it has a faux tunic front, long sleeves, v-neck and seaming detail on the front shoulders which gives the bodice a lovely fullness. Finished off perfectly with oval and circular metal detailing.
A fabulous dress which is perfect for an evening out!

Measurements
The dress will best fit up to a 42-38-44 and is meant to be worn belted to cinch in the waist. However, to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;

Condition
Good with the following points to note;
- there is minor underarm discolouration on the right underarm
- very minor colour difference on the back of the sleeves
- teeny darn by the top of the zip
- someone has replaced the original zip with a longer nylon one, which makes getting into the dress easier
- some light scuffs and 3 teeny darns in a section on the back hem
- 2 small scuffs and a very faint mark on the back shoulder area
- belt loops but no belt
