This wonderful evening dress was made in the 1930's.
Made from cotton velvet it has a close fitting bodice with a sweetheart neckline and 'V' shaped waist detail. It features 13 decorative covered buttons down the front, a ruched patch pocket and wide belt ties which tie in the back in a large bow. It fastens down the left side with teeny poppers and a single hook and eye.
A classic piece which is perfect for an evening dance.

This will best fit up to a 34-28-40 but to ensure that it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;

Flat waist 14.5" but cinches in

Condition
Good with some minor points to note;
- the belts have been a little messily sewn on
- there is a loss of nap on the left bodice just above the belt - see photos
- when the skirt is help up to the light there are a few small pinhead thins
