This smart little bolero is just perfect for wearing over an evening dress.

Made in the 1930's it is made from inky black cotton velvet and is fully lined with satin. A simple, yet stylish, piece it has wonderfully full sleeves which which give a lot of movement as you walk.

Perfect for a dance.

 

Measurements

Because of the style of the piece it works well on a 34" up to a 38" bust. Back neck to hem is 16.5" and width across the top of the piece from sleeve hem to sleeve hem is 37".

 

Condition

Good with the following points to note;

  • the lining is very discoloured and stained, see photos
  • there are two small areas of rub to the upper surface of nap but because the velvet has a gorgeous sheen these are only visible when really looking for them
