Stunning original 1940's day dress!
This beautiful dress is made from dark blue medium weight crepe, which has a gorgeous drape. Featuring a bold floral print in yellow, green and white it is an iconic piece from the time.
Featuring a smooth fitting bodice it has neat bands of shirring on the front shoulders and shoulder pads to help give you the iconic silhouette of the era. With a hip skimming skirt and double peplum, it is a truly fabulous dress.

Condition
Please note the following;
- when held up to the light there are 5 pinhead thins in the back of the skirt at knee level
- main issue is there is a repair on the right under arm - it has been well done and has been reinforced on the back and machine sewn on the front
