This little hat is the perfect way to finish off your vintage look.
Made in the 1940's in America it is labelled "New York Creation".
Made from blue felt it is a close fitting design which is versatile and can be worn on the top of your head or tilted to one side, as shown in the photos. It is trimmed in the front with a row of three white fabric flowers which have been covered with a length of net.
A classic piece.
Measurements
This piece has a label which states it is for a 22" head, however, because of the style it will work on any size head. Actual measurements;
Width 6"
Length 7.5"
Condition
Very good with minor points to note;
- there are some marks on the inner at the front, most likely makeup
- I have found two small breaks in the net, they are tiny and not seen unless you're looking for them
- there is some slight discolouration on the flowers where the glue has become yellow
