This Pendleton 49er was made in the 1950's and is made from pure wool in green, black, brown and cream check.
It has all the style details you expect to find with a Pendleton including patch pockets, mother of pearl buttons, pointed lapel collar and gathered detail across the back bodice.
A great piece for the cooler weather.
Measurements
The jacket is meant to be worn oversized and will fit up to a 42" but also works on smaller. However, to ensure that it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;
Flat bust 23"
Shoulders between sleeves 16"
Underarm sleeve length 17"
Flat bicep 8"
Length 26.5"
Condition
Please note the following points;
- a mark on the right pocket
- a couple of small marks to the bodice, only seen on close inspection
- one of the cuff buttons is odd
- main point to note is the jacket has a large number of darns, most are 2-3mm but there are three which measure 6-8mm. They total 4 on the collar, 2 on the inner left facing, 4 on the left front, 2 on the back, 2 on the right cuff, 10 on the right sleeve and 9 on the left. Many are felt in the weave rather than seen, because they are so small, but some are visible.
Priced to reflect the issues.
