This knit has been entirely hand knitted from an original early 1950's knitting pattern.
A close fitting style it has long sleeves, with turn up cuffs and a neat round neck, which fastens down the back with original 1950's buttons. It is wide in the shoulder, dropping slightly off the edge of the shoulders and has bands of intricate fair isle on the yokes and sleeves.
The base shade is King Cole Merino pure wool in a shade called Dune, and the fair isle is worked in a a mix of Cascade and King Cole. An authentic reproduction of a 1950's knit, it will keep you wonderfully warm.
Measurements
The knit will fit up to a maximum 38" bust, but also works on smaller at 36" bust. However, to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;
