This gorgeous blouse was made in the late 1940's.
Made from wonderfully floppy crepe in a deep shade of rust, it has some fabulous detailing including broderie anglasie collar and cuffs, chunky lucite buttons and great shoulder detailing.
A great wardrobe staple for the vintage lover.

The blouse is meant to be blouson and not close fitting so will best fit a 38"/40" bust. However, to ensure that it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own;

Condition
Good with the following points to note;
- main point is it is missing the bottom button, however, when the blouse is tucked in the missing button isn't seen - swapping the buttons would be an easy fix but they are such fabulous buttons I've left them
- minor iron shine in a few places
- couple of small spots on the placket end
- a few self marks on the bodice, see photo
- a few of the seams have been re-sewn near the hem down the side seams
- very, very slight colour change when you compare the cuffs to the shoulders
Still presents really well and is such a pretty piece.
