This fabulous skirt was made in the 1950's,
Made from floppy French cotton it has a yellow base and a novelty print in three bands, worked in black and turquoise, featuring buildings, people and birds.
It fastens on the left side with a hook and popper and has poppers down the side opening.

Condition
Very good with the following minor points to note;
- when held up to the light there are three pinhead size areas of wear
- the waist fastening is a little messy
- some wear to the side opening
