This is an adorable little piece.
Made in the 1930s, it is made from black cotton velvet.
It has a close fitting crown and a neat padded brim with a paste brooch on the right side of the brim.
Measurements
It needs to fit fully on your head and will fit a 21.5" head.
Condition
Good with a couple of points to note;
- there is a repair on the brim, right beside the brooch - see photo
- a 1" area of minor wear
- two tiny mends in the velvet
