This beautiful hat was made in the late 1930's or early 1940's.
Made from dark blue wool felt it is designed to sit tilted on the right side of your head, it has a deep crown and sweeping brim which flicks up at the back.
Trimmed with a wide grosgrain band which crosses at the right side, it is a classic example of the era.

Will fit up to a 21.5" head but to ensure that it will fit you properly, please check the measurements below against a similar piece you already own;

Condition
Good with some minor points to note;
- slight discolouration on the inner band at the front
- some light moth grazes to the upper surface of the nap at the back - not holes, just grazes
- on the back where the brim crosses over there are two small moth holes - see photo
