Original 1930's 1940's Green Crepe Day Dress with Floral Chevron Print in Red, Blue and Mustard

This utterly fabulous dress was made in the late 1930's or early 1940's.

Made from delightfully floppy crepe it has a green base with a floral print worked in chevron stripes of red, mustard and blue. 

A button through design it features eleven green faceted buttons and has a neat little collar and smart turn back cuffs.

Condition

Very good. The only minor point to note is that the waist seam is a little wibbly in places but due to the print the wobbly stitching is only seen on close inspection and if you wore a belt the issue would be covered entirely.
