This gorgeous hat was made in the USA in the late 1930's or early 1940's.
Made from felt in a warm red, it has the classic shaped crown of the time and is designed to sit tilted to the right side of your head.
It has a sweeping brim with punch detail around the edge which is threaded with a band of felt in the same shade as the hat. Finished off perfectly with a neat bow trim, this is a divine piece which is just perfect for the vintage lover.

Condition
Good with some points to note;
- the upper is slightly darker than the underside - this is only seen if you fold the brim right back and compare the two or if you move the trim and can see the lighter colour underneath
- the trim has been sewn on a little messily so you can see stitches on the underside of the brim
- there are a couple of small spots
