This pretty piece was made in the 1930's.
Made from fine baby pink lace it has a floral design in the weave. A close fitting bodice with full puffed sleeves it has bands of soft blue velvet on the sleeve ends and around the yoke.
Finished off perfectly with the original belt.

The dress is very petite in fit. It doesn't have a side opening, and due to the design it isn't possible to add one, so please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own and note there is no stretch to the under dress.

Condition
Please note the dress is not in perfect condition so read the following carefully to make sure you're happy with the issues.
- very light discolouration, especially on the shoulders
- wear to the fabric covered buckle and the belt
- repairs to both underarms
- 3 small thin repairs in the skirt, only seen when holding the skirt up to the light and with the lining these really aren't seen when the dress is worn
- a repair to the lace on the bodice front
- a repair to the lace on the back bodice near the opening
