This sweet little bag was made in the 1940's or 1950's.
A home crocheted piece it is made from thick green pure wool and is very simply shaped and has two comfortable handles. Fully lined with cotton fabric in a tartan in red, green, yellow, white, blue and purple it has an embroidered design on the front.
The bag has no closures but you could easily add a large popper.

Good. It has been used quite a lot and has some slight fluffing to the wool. There is a single catch on the back - see photo.
