This classic hat was made in America in the 1940's and is labelled 'L.H. Field Co. Jackson'.
Made from burgundy felt it has a deep crown and neat brim and is trimmed with a pleated band of fabric in pink.
A versatile design, it will work tilted to either the left or right, which isn't always the case with some of the 1940's pieces.

Condition
Structurally in very good condition but there is some general overall fade. The fade is even and you only notice it when you move the trim, look into the pleat at the top or compare the underside with the top side.
