This novelty print fabric was made in the 1940's and depicts butterflies and flowers set within pale blue frames set on a black ground.
The fabric is a glorious cold rayon which has the most amazing drape and will make a fabulous garment.

Condition
I spotted 3 pinhead marks on the piece but haven't attempted to wash the fabric.
