This stunning dress was made in the 1940's and is labelled Debinex.
Made from wonderfully soft pure silk in pretty pale green, it has a charming floral print in pink, blue and white.
Featuring three quarter length sleeves, a crossover bodice and fine gathers on the shoulders it has a waist insert and a panelled skirt and fastens on the left side with a metal zip.
So much prettier in real life than it appears in the photos.
