This adorable piece was made in the 1940's.
The scarf ring is made from pink plastic and features a charming little duck wearing a scarf and hat with painted detail in soft gold.
It is deadstock and still comes on the original advertising card which is in a very patriotic colourway of red, white and blue.

The scarf ring is 1 1/4" wide and 1 1/2" tall
Condition
Very good, the card shows some wear with creases and slight marks.
