This piece has been entirely hand knitted from an original early 1940's knitting pattern by Bestway.
A close fitting design it is worked in fine stripes of patriotic red, white and blue and fastens on the left shoulder with three faceted plastic buttons.
It has been knitted in Drops Nord, which is a 45% alpaca, 25% wool and 30% polyamide mix and is delightfully soft to the touch.
