This is such a charming dress.
Made in the 1930s, this soft cotton dress has a rich green ground with a charming floral print of carnations in pink and white with bright green leaves. It is an exceptionally pretty piece with ruffled yoke and sleeve detail, shirring at the waist, little puff shoulders, with shoulder pads, and the original belt.

Condition
Very good with a couple of points to note;
- slight marks and pinhead hole under the waist at the front
- when held to the light there are a few small pinhead holes, lost within the fullness of the skirt
- buckle has some wear
- one button on the side placket doesn't match the others - not seen when worn
Has been washed, pressed and is ready to wear.
