This pretty day dress was made in the 1940's.
A home sewn piece, it is made from medium weight crepe which has an off-white base and pretty leaf print in green. Featuring a smooth fitting bodice, with 3 button closure, it has three-quarter length sleeves and a neat collar. It fastens down the left side with a metal zip.
Great little dress for the vintage lover.

Condition
Washed, pressed and ready to wear with the following points to note;
- a small repair to the fabric at the top of the zip
- some stress to the fabric on the underarms, but this isn't seen when worn
- there are some faint marks on the bodice where the buttons have been moved
