Absolutely gorgeous 1940s American made chestnut and forest green wool check suit!
We've really struggled to get this to photograph properly to show the true colours but the green and chestnut are best show in the last photo. Glorious shaping, iconic 1940s broad shoulders, and great detailing with covered buttons and neat pockets.

Jacket isn’t meant to be close fitting and will best fit up to a 36” bust.

Hip measured 8” down is 18”

Condition
Very good. Few small points to note;
- there is a small darn on the underside of the right sleeve
- when held up to the light there are three pinhead holes in the skirt
- some discolouration on the lining at the shoulders - belt loops but no belt
