This is a smart little hat.

Made in America and labelled “Best’s apparel Seattle”, it is made what feels like painted raffia. The colour is midnight blue, almost black, and the off-white trim around the edge is fabric. There is also a veil with little white pom-poms on. Designed to tilt and sit on the front of your head, it has an elastic to keep it in place.

Measurements

This is a one size fits all because it is meant to tilt. Actual hat measures;

10.5” wide

11” front to back

2.5” crown

Condition

The hat is in good condition. The only minor points to note are;

- a couple of breaks in the net which are only seen on close inspection

- a make up mark on the inner brim at the front
