Fabulous 1940s hat! This is such a beautiful piece. Made from dove grey felt, it is designed to sit on the back of your head and to one side - a real face framing piece. There is a V shape pressed into the felt and the whole look is finished off with a large back bow. There is an elastic to help keep it on your head.
Measurements
The hat is quite versatile. The wired grosgrain band measures 20.5" but because the hat is meant to perch on your head, it will fit up to a 22" head.

Condition
It is in good condition. A fabulous, unusual hat, it sadly has a few minor points to note;
- there is some moth grazing. None has gone through to holes, just the upper surface of the felt has been nibbled
- there are a couple of small marks
