This original wonderful large scarf is the perfect accessory for the vintage lover.
Made during the 1940s by "Gaywear", it is made from beautiful heavy crepe in a warm burgundy shade with paisley and geometric print in soft yellow and French navy. A good size, it can be worn around your shoulders or easily tied into a turban to cover those pin curls!

Condition
Very good with just a few minor points to note;
- it has a few faint marks, but these are mostly lost within the design
- there is a 5mm area of thinning on one side
- a couple of small turfts on the edges
- when held up to the light there are a couple of small pinholes
It has been washed, pressed and is ready to wear.
