This blouse has been made from an original 1940s sewing pattern using colourful cotton by Riley Blake called Christmas Traditions. A fabulous Christmas tree green base shade with baubles, stars and garlands in reds, greens and white.
A stylish blouse, it has a very full gathered bodice which fits into a smooth circular yoke. Darts front and back give this piece a lovely fitted waist and it fastens down the back with tiny original 1940s red glass buttons.

This blouse is not meant to be close fitting on the bust area - see the pattern photo to see what the fit should be like. Depending on the kind of fit you want, this is suitable for a narrow backed 36"/38" bust.
