This is a reproduction of a Women's Land Army Hat.
Made from felt it has a light brown grosgrain band with a neat little bow on the back. The band isn't attached to the hat and is safety pinned together so you might want to attach it so it doesn't fall off.
Someone has added two very small hooks on the inner, I'm assuming they did it to help keep the hat in place with an elastic.

Condition
Good. Has some marks on the outer where the brim and crown meet. Marks on the inner and no inner band.
Not the best WLA reproduction hat I've ever seen but it has the look.
