Outstanding blue and black hat. This is a stunning piece made during the 1940s from straw dyed a beautiful vibrant blue and trimmed with luxurious ostrich feathers.
A versatile piece, because of the shape it can be worn flat on your head or tilted to either side. It has an elastic to hook under your hair and help keep it in place.
