This is an utterly charming little hat.
Made in the 1950s, it is made from rosettes of grosgrain ribbon which have been carefully sewn together to make this neat little hat. Close fitting, it can be worn on the top of your head of tilted to one side. Very cleverly made.

The inner band is 21" and as the hat sits fully on your head you need to have a head a little smaller than 21"
