This is a really rare find. An original 1940s CC41 labelled machine knitted wiggle dress by Jaeger.
The styling on this piece is simple yet so elegant. A close fitting bodice which is gathered into a smooth fronted skirt, large front pockets, side metal zip and broad rib bands around the sleeve openings. It is a great wardrobe staple which can be worn for day wear but easily accessorised to be worn as a cocktail dress.

Excellent condition. The only thing I found were two incredibly teeny darns in the skirt.
