This is a great little hat.
Made in the 1950s and labelled "Phyllis New York, it is a close fitting piece which is designed to fit fully on your head. Made from felt which has a slightly velour finish, it has a folded crown which is trimmed with a wide bow and claw set paste band.

Will fit up to a 21.5” head but no bigger as it needs to sit fully on your head.
