This piece has been entirely hand knitted from an original 1938 knitting pattern.
This neat little jumper has a slim fitting body with lace work on the sleeve edges, collar, pocket trim and jabot and is finished off with 5 teeny mother or pearl buttons.
Worked in Cascade 220 Fingering, which is a really fine pure wool, in a charming shade called Slate Rose it is an authentic reproduction of an original 1930s knit.
