Original 1940s rose pink crepe dress. Labelled T.H.Jones Selly Oak it has the coveted CC41 label.
Classic shaping of the era and beautiful detailing with puff sleeves, neck tie and sweet yoke frill. It has a popper at the neck and poppers on the left side opening.
Measurements
Best suited for up to a 34-28-36. The bodice isn't meant to be close fitting and to ensure it will fit you properly please compare the measurements below to a similar item you already own;

Condition
Structurally it is in very good condition but there are some points to note;
- I believe this may once have been a full length dress which has been shortened because the hem has been machine done and with no binding, which is a rough finish for such a dress
- pinhole on the back
- there is a self mark on the front of the bodice, it isn't showing clearly on the photos but it is there
- there is some discolouration on the shoulders and back bodice - a slight browning. I have hand washed this piece and the marks didn't move so they are likely there to stay
- belt loops but no belt
