This 1940s apron was originally designed to be worn over your normal clothes and protect them while you're doing chores. However, the vibrant print, and cool cotton fabric, make it the perfect summer dress. Note the armholes are quite low so you may, or may not, want to wear something under it.
Fabulously vibrant floral design of pink, blue, yellow and white flower sprays with green leaves on a white background..
The colours on this are fresh and bright. It goes on over your head and then has a tie back belt to cinch in the waist, there is a lovely shaped patch pocket and it is bound around the armholes and neck edge with red cotton binding.
